Great Hotel
I was able to get a good deal on a room and was pleased to see the ratings & feedback I had read was accurate. It is an older hotel that has apparently been remodeled and was one of the nicest showers I've seen in a while. The location makes it an easy walk down to the Pearl St Mall and we felt completely safe doing so. The front desk made the check in process easy.
If I had to get picky, the floor creaked a little, but no big deal, and the lock on the bathroom window was broken. However, while we were on a ground floor in front, the back of the hotel made it more of a 2nd floor or higher, and is very well lit in the back, so it wasn't really an issue for us. If we were staying multiple days, I would have requested it be fixed.

Comfortable and convenient.
The location is right in downtown Boulder and easily accessible to various parts. You can walk to Pearl St if you want. My room was cute with quaint touches and interesting charm. It was clean and relatively quiet despite being near a busy street.
I had a lightbulb that was flashing that I ended up unscrewing. And I got locked out of my room on the last night when I was quite tired and wanted to go to sleep. But after about a half an hour, the issue was fixed. I got the feeling it had been an ongoing problem with my particular room.
