    Excellent location, great stay - loved San Sebastián

    The location is fantastic, a short 10 min walk from the coach station, the hotel is next to the old town and round the corner from the beach. It couldn’t be better location wise. The room and bathroom were large, airie, roomie, modern and comfortable (we were in room 1). There’s also a complementary mini bar and coffee machine which was a nice touch. Staff on the front desk were friendly and helpful.

    The hotel is on a relatively busy road and opposite a bus stop. As it’s also next to the old town there is often ambient people noise in the early hours. It’s just something to bear in mind - if you are a light sleeper you may get woken up by external sounds. We turned the A/C on and it provides a nice ambient counter and allowed us to sleep fine in the main across our stay. The location is worth it regardless and I think you’d have similar issues wherever you stayed due to the city layout unless you were in a big chain hotel, or away from the hustle and bustle (which is a compromise because you want to be near that really!).

    Excellent!! I would stay here again

    Quiet at night, easy to access. Lots of complimentary items from the minibar is appreciated. Comfortable ++ bed. Spacious and close to all amenities. Eugene and Alex were very helpful with organizing taxi and suggesting places to go.
