    A lovely well designed studio in a quiet village location.

    Excellent studio with good facilities. Very clean and everything you need for your stay. Location was quiet with good access to local amenities. Host sent clear communication on how to find the property and how to gain access. I would stay again.

    The pillows were a little too hard so some softer ones would have been helpful.

    There was easy access to Holbeach where we were meeting up with friends

    It was very quiet which suited us as an older couple.

    There was nothing to dislike.

    Comfortable studio apartment near Spalding

    The studio apartment was perfect for our stay. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable and provided everything that we needed.The location is very quiet, in a beautiful village. Parking is easy with plenty of security lighting after dark. Communication with the hosts was excellent. We were attending an event at the nearby Springfields Centre, 3.5 miles away, in Spalding and found it an excellent location for popping back and forth. We would definitely stay again when visiting the area.

    There was nothing to dislike.

    Excellent hosts and very neat !

    No bathing soap and towels should not be left on the drain.
