    Décevant

    a part un Monsieur du service restauration absolument désagréable, tout le personnel est incroyablement souriant, aidant et compétent / Le rooftop est magnifique/ le lit et les oreillers sont très confortables

    ce n'est absolument pas un 5 étoiles, tout juste un 4 étoiles / les rideaux ne sont pas occultants donc impossible de dormir le matin / c'est très bruyant, aucune isolation des fenêtres / il n'est pas possible d'avoir un café avant 8 heures du matin / il est indiqué sur booking que le petit déjeuner est inclus, ce n'est pas le cas, car ce n'est pas un buffet = vous avez un "crédit" de 20 livres donc sachant que pour 2 tartines de pain, du beurre et de la confiture c'est déjà 14 livres, il faut payer pour avoir autre chose /
