    AVOID!! There is NOTHING luxury! Must carry luggage up 7 floors of dark narrow steps.

    Was unable to reach to the property since I fell going up the stairs since there was no electricity in the building and the stairway was dark.

    It is not clear in the booking page that this is a 7 story walk up a very narrow stairway where bikes are locked on the landings and there is little room to get past with luggage. The filter on booking.com says this is a 2 bathroom BUT it isn’t it is a one bathroom with a big bathtub in a bedroom. The approach to the building is down a very dark corridor filled with garbage cans and smells bad.

    Central location Roomy apartment. Had everything we needed and more. Excellent heating.

    Drug users and trash on the front door entrance area made this a definite place to avoid. The drug trash was disgustin

    Liked the general location in the centre of Edinburgh. Beds were comfortable

    Drug needles, syringes, wipes, trash outside the front door. Drug users congregating in the stair well of the property - who we had to walk through to get to our apartment. The bathroom shower didn’t seem to work well. The tiles and grouting needed a clean. When we arrived the boiler wasn’t working. No heating and no hot water. The owner came out and fixed it, which was good, but it was a very bad start to our stay.

    Great location for everything in Edinburgh!

    The apartment was so convenient to everything in Edinburgh. We walked everywhere in the city that we wished to see, and there are plenty of restaurants near by. It's a great location to stay in Edinburgh!

    There wasn't anything I didn't like about the apartment.
