Overall recommendable with peace of mind.
Alessandro was always responsive. He also allowed a late checkout which facilitated our getting around before heading to the airport. The unit is very central with a lot of shopping/eating alternatives and various modes of transportation, yet silent thanks to the sound isolation. Location is safe and you can move around on foot to reach many attractions. The unit is sufficiently decorated and comfortable.
The building and the lift are old. The lift is ok when properly used but people do not pay attention to instructions.
