I don't know how to rate this. This was the last leg of an 8 day trip and booked almost 2 months in advance. Somehow my reservation wasn't available on the day I had contracted for. I was lead to accept another apartment (declared better) but just entering the passage paused me. There was no elevator and 4 floors to accent with 2 children and several bags. I refused the replacement and was immediately refunded.

I don't understand why my reservation wasn't available for me.
