    Perfect!

    I had a wonderful experience at Condominio Marengo. The building is elegant, quiet, and well-maintained, offering a perfect mix of comfort and functionality. The common areas are always clean and welcoming, and the entire complex has a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to feel at home. The location is excellent — close to all essential services, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some privacy and relaxation.     Very good

    Guaranteed free parking spot, convenient that the block is separated from the busy main street by a backyard and a layer of bushes with a fence. The apartment itself is very spacious, bathroom has a bath and a separate shower. Kitchen is fully equiped and has everything that is needed to make your own food in case of longer stays, also a capsule coffee machine. The bed in the bedroom is comfortable. Very good wifi quality.

    Since it was the beginning of October with relatively cold nights, the temperature inside the apartment fluctuated from 17.5 to 19 degrees Celsius, which was quite cold especially when going to shower, since the central heating was not available yet. The steam collector in the kitchen is not connected to any ventilation pipe, so all the steam is going right to the cupboard above and then to the ceiling.
