Smoking & Fire Smoking, barbecues, and open fires are strictly prohibited – both indoors and on the balcony/terrace. Kitchen Use Raclette grills, electric grills, or similar devices are not permitted in the apartment or on the balcony/terrace. Please leave the kitchen swept clean and free of any major dirt. Ventilation Please ventilate the apartment regularly to avoid condensation on the windows. Waste Disposal Please separate your waste and use the designated containers in the waste room. Save energy Please turn off lights and all electrical appliances (stove!) when leaving the apartment. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
