I wouldn’t stay there again.
The hotel was small and quiet. The location was good for walking around the city.
The room was very small with the bed wedged into an alcove such that you had to crawl in from the end. Very awkward. The air conditioning didn’t get cool enough and the emergency light kept coming on in the middle of the night. It was so bright it kept me awake. When we reported it in the morning we were told that other people had the same problem in different rooms. There is nobody at reception after 5:00 if you need anything.

For our first day, it wasn’t perfect, but they handled the difficulty really well and we will try them again
The location was good and the room was well appointed
After we checked in and got back to our room after dinner, the air-conditioning was not working we were told in advance that they had had problems with it that day, but that would all be working by the time we got back in the evening unfortunately it was not working. We had to open the windows in order to make the room comfortable, which resulted in street noise till 3 AM. It was not a comfortable stay at all. We didn’t sleep well. that said I checked in with the front desk. The next day explained our situation. They apologize profusely and offered us a €50 refund. which seemed fair. We will try it again.

Avoid this property. It is not as advertised, the AC broken, and zero accountability from staff.
The location in Lisbon was convenient, and the unit was fairly clean upon arrival.
DO NOT STAY HERE. This was easily one of the worst places I have ever stayed, if not the absolute worst. The air conditioning was completely non-functional during our short stay at the end of a hot summer in August—a defect management knew about beforehand and failed to disclose until escalated to Booking.com customer service. Being assigned a room on the top floor made the stifling, unlivable heat even worse. Essential amenities were missing (no hand soap), the actual unit did not match the listing photos, and conditions were vastly inferior in person. Reception had very limited hours, service was unresponsive, and management refused to issue a full refund after forcing an early check-out.
