    Great apartment and location, but issues with check-in

    The location was really good, the apartment was lovely and there was plenty of space. There was plenty of storage for clothes etc., although it would have been good to have a mirror in both rooms. Overall, the apartment itself was great. The host also sent us a lovely welcome message before we arrived, and the instructions provided were really clear - it was just a shame it wasn't so easy on the day we arrived.

    Unfortunately, getting into the building and apartment was quite stressful. When we arrived, we were told to enter a code at the main door which would call someone to let us in, but nobody answered and it went straight to voicemail. Luckily, someone else entering the building let us in. When we got to the apartment, the code provided by the host didn’t work. We tried WhatsApp, calling the host and calling the additional number provided, but couldn’t get through to anyone. It was around 9pm on a Friday night and our flight had already been delayed by an hour, so after spending around 30 minutes trying different combinations of the code, we decided to go across the road to the Ibis. They were really helpful and fortunately had rooms available, although understandably they were expensive as it was a last-minute booking. While we were having a drink nearby, the host eventually came online and I managed to speak to them. They gave us a completely different code, which did work, but it wasn’t the same as the one we had originally been provided. As we'd just got the drinks in, two of our group went back to check it worked before we all returned, as we were concerned we might not be able to get hold of the host again. The apartment itself was lovely, but unfortunately the difficulty getting in and not being able to contact anyone when we arrived made it a stressful start to the stay. The host did apologise for the issue once we were able to speak to them, which we appreciated.

    Such a great stay !

    We had such a wonderful stay. Great location. Right in heart of Belfast. Safe. Very clean. So many amenities. Louise was so helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend!
