    Excellent location and facilities for a visit to Plovdiv centre, everything is walkable.

    Excellent central location for visiting Plovdiv. Very helpful staff for getting in (we arrived late) - reached by phone but guided us in. Spacious room, good facilities, small balcony. Helpful advice on where to get breakfast and evening meals.

    A little difficult to find as it's a fairly hidden doorway. We had to ask in local restaurant who were very helpful.

    Great room and location. Would stay again!

    Clean and modem room. Location great!

    Nobody to speak to in person, but they answered me quickly when messaged and were helpful and accommodating.
