  A pleasant stay, location was great for us. Staff were friendly

  Noisy rooms could hear people walking about on the next floor. You could hear showers, toilets flushing and water running in next door rooms.

  Excellent location, friendly staff, nice rooms

  A little lacking when it comes to meeting special requests. The room was a great size but no dressing table / mirror only in bathroom. Walls are paper thin and I barely slept due to the sound of slamming doors and children screaming in the hallway.

  Great location but inconsistent service and unresolved issues made our stay stressful.

  We liked the hotel’s location, the newly renovated bathroom, and some members of staff who were kind and helpful.

  We arrived on Sunday with a Booking.com reservation for a triple room for two adults and two children. The reservation included the children’s ages, but we were told that hotel policy required us to book a family room. The receptionist said that if no family room was available, he could not help us. I was left worried that I might be stranded with my two children because of a discrepancy between the hotel and Booking.com. Fortunately, a room was available, but we had to pay an additional charge. I also received conflicting information about using a meeting room. One receptionist told me it was unavailable because of a private event, but another staff member later said I could use it because the event would take place in the restaurant. Communication about late checkout was confusing as well. I asked about it by WhatsApp and was told it had been arranged. However, when my husband checked at reception the next day, he was initially told it had not been arranged. The receptionist then said we could stay until 2:00 p.m., although we had initially been told 3:00 p.m. When I pointed out that our WhatsApp messages showed as read, he said he could not see or receive them. This left us unsure who was handling the hotel’s WhatsApp messages and whether our request had been passed on. There was also a problem in the bathroom: the bathtub was leaking, and we could not close the bathroom door properly. Overall, we had to keep checking and repeating information that should have been clear between the hotel staff. The inconsistent communication and practical issues made our stay stressful and left us feeling that we had to ask repeatedly for basic assistance

  Maravilhosa!

  As instalações são incríveis. Tudo limpo, organizado e de qualidade. A localização é excelente. Fizemos várias coisas andando. Há cafeteira nos quartos e na recepção com cápsulas à vontade. Sem contar na recepção, em que recebemos um espumante como cortesia. Chegamos algumas horas antes do nosso check-in e ficamos na recepção aguardando até o quarto ficar pronto, que durou cerca de 40 minutos. Apenas uma ressalva com o recepcionista que fez o nosso check-out. Meu tio não fala inglês e o recepcionista foi rude e impaciente, diferente dos demais recepcionistas que nos trataram muito bem. De todo forma, com certeza voltaria a me hospedar.
