Fantastic staff, excellent breakfast and a perfect location!

The staff were fantastic, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent, and the location was perfect for exploring Lucerne. Parking was off-site but still conveniently close to the hotel. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Nothing to complain about. Everything was great!

    A relaxing, wonderful week.

This is a beautiful hotel located in the heart of the city. We had a larger room that was really spacious and a view of Mt. Pilatus. The staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was excellent.

We found nothing to complain about.
