Хороший отель
Очень классный отель, берите не раздумывая. Он не в самом Люцерне, до центра города ехать 20 мин на автобусе, но отель выдаёт проездной, который позволяет пользоваться автобусом бесплатно, и автобус стартует и возвращается прямо к дверям отеля, это очень удобно! Мы активно пользовались автобусом и не чувствовали никакого дискомфорта по местоположению. Кофе вкусный в любой момент времени. Неплохие завтраки. Приятная территория, есть красивый и чистый бассейн, летом замечательно. Бесплатная парковка рядом с отелем!
Плохо работал интернет, точнее в нашем номере вообще не работал.

This small hotel exceeds at the details and its friendliness of the staff. The hotel also has a restaurant which offers exceptional food. Breakfast was delicious and nicely arranged. All in all we had a very pleasant stay.
It would have been great to have a bathrobe and slippers in the room to use for the short trip to the outdoor pool but this was just a very minor thing.

As expected !
Beautiful property. Decent room and a good balcony. Fairly good lake view from our balcony. Missed having a meal at their restaurant. Seemed to be a fab one, as I saw a dish going in from the kitchen to be served :-) Bus stop right at the property, so travelling was no issue. The Hotel is a bit far from the city center ( not possible to walk it kinds) but they were good enough to send us a pass for our tram and bus travel. we used it for free travel though the city. Well equipped spacious bathroom with amenities. Complimentary 24 hr tea and coffee bar at the reception.
No Lift, although they helped us carry our luggage to our 1st floor room.
