    Fein für eine Übernachtung, aber keine Luxus Atmosphäre

    Super nettes Personal, tolles Frühstücksbuffett, super Lage in leogang, Blick auf die Piste/Bikestrecke vom Pool aus

    Ich hab extra wegen dem Adults only wellness Bereich gebucht. Stattdessen gab es lautes Kindergeschrei im Whirlpool, Wellnesszeiten bis 19 Uhr und ein kühles Poolwasser (wegen Wasserwechsel). Auch das Abendessen war nur bis 20 Uhr möglich, und Kaffee oder Tee am Zimmer fehlten ebenfalls. Insgesamt wollte einfach keine richtige Wohlfühlatmosphäre aufkommen. Dass bei der Abreise dann auch noch 6 € für ein versehentlich zerbrochenes Glas verrechnet wurden, war für mich das i-Tüpfelchen. Natürlich kann nicht immer alles perfekt laufen, aber gerade in solchen Situationen hätte ich mir mehr Kulanz und Gastfreundschaft gewünscht. Leider war der Aufenthalt insgesamt enttäuschend.
