Bellissimo appartamento in palazzo d'epoca. Spazio sempre aperto e disponibile con piccoli snack e bevande calde. Posizione centralssima. Personale disponibile e gentilissimo. Terrazza a disposizione meravigliosa con bellissimo panorama!

Buen hotel, completo, pero ojo con el ruido por la noche
Habitación gigante. Baño reformado y completo. Cama grande y cómoda. Todo muy limpio.
No dispone de ascensor en el primer tramo de escaleras, a tener en cuenta para personas mayores, de movilidad reducida o maletas muy pesadas. No dispone de desayuno. Entre bastante y mucho ruido por la noche si tu habitación da a la calle principal, el aislamiento es prácticamente nulo. Para nosotros este fue el principal y único problema. No pedimos que nos cambiaran, así que desconocemos si son resolutivos en este aspecto.

A phenomenal stay in Firenze
I cannot positively rate the service of the team at the desk here highly enough. Honestly everyone went above and beyond for us in a way we have not experienced in our years of travel. Claudia was phenomenal. She helped us get settled and helped us with getting a taxi sorted after we ran into some trouble. Both she and Valentina, Fabrizio, and Barbara were all so kind to us, helpful with requests for daily activities, even some help with the language! They helped us with our dinner reservations, and the places they recommended were, of course, excellent! The room was well appointed and cleaned very well every day! Entry from the street was easy and it was located in a beautiful location close to all the main tourist spots!
Honestly nothing! The building has an elevator that is a little slow? Genuinely the only constructive criticism I could provide.
