    The location was excellent. I was given a free upgrade which was nice and the room was really big. The coffee machine was a bonus and easy to use. So many useful extras, crockery, a box of tissues, shoe horn, ear plugs....The bed was very comfortable.

    Nothing to complain about. Just a comment, not a complaint about this hotel. As an elderly person it would be useful to have a non slip mat offered for the shower. Like most seniors I worry about falling.
