Perfekt, angenehm und schön
Eine tolle Lage, eine wunderschöne Atmosphäre und ein Chef, der die Gastronomie mit Leib und Seele lebt. Man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität und vor allem auf die kleinen Details gelegt wird. Der Chef ist ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und mit echter Leidenschaft bei der Sache. Ein schönes Beispiel dafür war das Frühstück: Es gab Lachs, zu dem wir gerne Meerrettich gehabt hätten. Dieser war zwar gerade nicht verfügbar, aber anstatt es dabei zu belassen, zauberte der Chef kurzerhand eine Honig-Senf-Sauce als Alternative. Genau das macht den Unterschied! Mit viel Kreativität, Herzlichkeit und einem Gespür für die Wünsche seiner Gäste wurde aus einer kleinen Situation ein perfektes Erlebnis. Hier stimmt einfach das Gesamtpaket: die Lage, das Ambiente, die Gastfreundschaft und die Liebe zum Detail. Man spürt, dass Gastronomie hier nicht nur ein Beruf, sondern eine echte Leidenschaft ist. Absolut empfehlenswert – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Moselurlaub September
Es war ein schönes familiengeführtes Hotel. Die Lage direkt in der Stadt ist sehr gut. Kurze Wege zur Stadt und zur Mosel.Das Frühstück war reichhaltig mit allem was man mag. Die Zimmer gut ausgestattet mit Liebe zum Detail. Der Besitzer, ein symphatischer immer hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, hat uns gut beraten in Bezug auf Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants. Wir werden wiederkommen.
Ich würde es gerne sehen, das das Hotel ein Abendessen anbietet. Da doch der Besitzer ein "ausgezeichneter" Koch ist 😉
