    The Palais Royal is a delightful hotel in an excellent location from which to explore the wonderful city of Odesa. I would particularly like to mention the reception staff Viktoriya and Valeriya, who were so welcoming and efficient. We kept asking questions and they always had the answers. The cat Opera, who often wanders around the hotel foyer, adds some extra character. The restaurant and bar are excellent, with lovely tables outside overlooking the opera house. I hope better, safer times soon return so this hotel can be filled with holidaymakers.

    Дуже гарне розташування, особливо рекомендую номери з балконами, що виходять у двір. На першому поверсі смачний ресторан, де є приємна знижка для проживаючих у готелі. Номери чисті та доглянуті. Вічливий та приємний персонал.

    В найближчому майбутньому номери потребуватимуть більш сучасного ремонту., проте віддаю належне вони чисті та доглянуті.
