    We liked the location, it was nicely decorated with an European flare, and easy access.

    The door to the balcony needs repair. We could have used an extra trash can in the living area. Housekeeping needs to address the floor, lots of grit and grime.

    The location in quaint little Northport was very convenient to shop the few stores available and the few restaurants too

    Easy to access the hotel and room from the information provided to me via text. We never had any contact with a real person though.

    Clean , neat, comfortable, I felt if we needed to contact anyone it would not have been a problem. Unfortunately because ice storm was coming we checked out a day early. Our family lives in North Port and we usually stay in traverse City but found this gem at Christmas time! Would love to stay again this spring

    I would stay there again if I’m in the area.

    The location was perfect. The room was very tastefully decorated and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Nice add on of coffee in the room.

    There was a significant amount of noise transfer through the walls and was unable to turn down the volume on the TV, I kept trying but it remained the same.
