L'enregistrement automatique, l'emplacement et le rapport qualité-prix, le calme
Le personnel pas souriant (pas de bonjour quand vous croisez du personnel, même si c'est un hôtel self-checkin, la femme dr ménage qui rentre dans la chambre alors que vous n'avez pas fait le checkout (si c'est automatique elle doit le savoir) et pas de lait alternatif (soja, amandes, etc) au petit-déjeuner, c'est un standard maintenant

Hôtel très agréable, bonne surprise
La chambre familiale est très grande et bien équipée, simple et joliment décorée. L'hôtel était très calme. Proche de la gare de Kriens Matterhof, il est facile de se rendre à Lucerne.
Malheureusement, l'hôtel est situé au bord d'une route principale, ce qui fait que l'on entend un peu le trafic (cela reste tout à fait supportable). Le fait qu'il n'y ait personne à la réception et que le check-in et check-out se fasse en ligne ou sur la tablette à l'entrée. C'est assez étrange de ne pas être mais cela rend également ces démarches rapides.

Mit der Gästekarte Luzern, die man für die Dauer des Aufenthalts erhält, kann man den Bus kostenlos nutzen. Mit diesem kann man unkompliziert innerhalb von 10 Minuten direkt in die Innenstadt fahren.
Die Rezeption ist nicht besetzt. Zwar kann man den Online Check In unkompliziert allein vornehmen, aber bei Fragen wäre es schön, jemanden direkt erreichen zu können - v.a. weil auf der Website immer wieder auf die Rezeption verwiesen wurde. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet wirklich nur die Basics. Die Schiebetür des Bads schließt nicht.
