    Terrible experience

    The location is very close to the supermarket and city center. There is free parking in front of the apartment.

    The apartment provided the inaccurate key to us when we checked in and nobody from apartment answered the emergency phone. They provided the spare ket set one hour after we reported this problem. They never admitted they had provided the inaccurate key. They keep repeating the same thing: “There were no reported issues with the property prior to your arrival.” even they received my video whcih demonstrated the key was inaccurate. We were very lucky to arrive in the afternoon. If we had arrived in the evening, we could have ended up sleeping on the streets, given how slow apartment's response has been. I request compensation for this matter and they said they will investigate this matter. If you do not ask them, they would not actively give you the update of investigation. I had left the apartment for two weeks and the investigation is still ongoing but they refused give me compensation. I had escalated this matter to Booking.com. I would not recommend staying at this property to anyone.

    Ruime parking. Mooi appartement

    Bedden te klein en slechte matras. Appartement was erg koud bij aankomst. Het bleef koud zelfs na opzetten verwarming. De verwarming maakt af en toe geluid . Dat verstoort nachtrust.
