    I requested extra towels and no towels were given very little toilet paper. Very little soap meager accommodations air conditioner was weak..

    Fabulous apartment and amazing location. We would highly recommend.

    Fabulous apartment right next to the Ponte Vecchio, but still quiet and very comfortable. Restaurants, shops and all the attractions within short walks. We absolutely loved our stay. Also, the washing machine was a godsend.

    A bottle opener would have been handy, but not really an issue.

    The apartment location was excellent as it was a block away from the Ponte Vecchio. Excellent access to coffee, pastries, dining, and supermarket all on the same block. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had modern bathrooms while the rest of the apartment had a more rustic feel you would expect in Florence. When checking in and out we had excellent communication from Martina. We would definitely stay here again.
