Super vue et emplacement!
La vue est incroyable!! L'emplacement est parfait, près de rua da Flores! À première vue, nous étions inquiets de l'emplacement quand nous sommes arrivés puisqu'il y a des graffitis dans la rue et des appartements "abandonnés" ou en construction. Toutefois, après une première nuit nous avons compris qu'il n'y avait vraiment aucun danger! Nous nous sommes senti en sécurité tout le long de notre sejour. Il y a de bons restos à distance de marche. Il y a aussi un petit café la porte juste a côté qui ouvre généralement vers 9h. Café, drinks, sandwichs... bien pratique!
Il y avait de la construction majeure dans l'édifice à côté donc il était préférable de ne pas être dans l'appartement de 8h à 17h30 pour éviter le bruit. Il semblerait que cela était mentionné dans la description, mais je ne l'ai pas vue. La climatisation est bruillante (on entend comme un bruit de compresseur tout les 30-45 secondes) assez pour ne pas vouloir le garder allumé la nuit. Comme il n'y a pas de fenêtre dans la chambre principale, il n'est donc pas facile de se rafraîchir s'il fait chaud. Amenez-vous des bouchons ;) Aussi, les épiceries à proximité sont plutôt de base. Nous avons finalement mangé dans des restos tout notre séjour.

Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.
Der Ausblick auf die Stadt war grandios. Das Appartement ist hübsch, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.
Etwas wenig Stauraum in der richtigen Größe für Kleidung. Sonst war alles super!
