    Considerable advantages and disadvantages

    The location is great (several transportation options, several stores to buy food, quiet neighborhood) and the fact that this is a decently-sized studio is also a huge advantage so that you don't have to be cramped into a tiny space. The communication with the host was easy.

    The shower is very annoying — it's almost impossible to control the water temperature — it just changes by itself from lukewarm to cold to boiling hot. Me and my partner both got burned when taking showers. The water pump/heater is also very noisy. The soundproofing is poor — you can hear what people are talking about or what they are watching on TV next door.

    The vibe at apartment, cosy :)

    Difficult to set up warm water under shower. A bit of noise from the water boiler

    The property was very clean and well thought out to accomodate my stay, tea and coffee and cooking essentials were provided and the balcony was lovely to sit and relax at the end of the day! The interior was Modern and stylish and very comfortable.

    The location is just fantastic. The tube station is just right there. Very easy to get around London
