    Big apartment who can easily accommodate 4 pers. Spectacular view over the city and very close to Milano center. Very secure, 3 gates to enter the property with security agent control for the entire complex of buildings. The host was very nice and polite welcoming us in persons.

    Well here is a lot to say. The apartment needs improvement ASAP. Shame of its condition because could be a jewelry if is taken care. Flavio if this is your apartment you have to do imediatly changes. The apartment is very humid because it holds a lot of mold in the living area/ kitchen. It is visible but who knows what's behind the wooden kitchen. If you open the trash can under the sink in the kitchen the smell is terrible because of mold. The cleanliness is partial. The kitchen hood screen was full of oil and dirty, the side of the refrigerator was completely dirty and full of cobwebs, missing hand soap in the smaller bathroom. The air-conditioning in the living room is old and remote not functioning to adjust the temperature and în the sleeping room is just a fan. So defintly this apartment needs improvements. Flavio , with the money on 1 or 2 rezervations you could fix all this easily. Clean the apartment, change the air-conditioning with something functional, change the wall pictures with something modern, and overall give a fresh atmosphere to it because it is petty for its location and space.
