  Response with the owner is very very poor

  Only Location is good and exceptional

  Great Location, but Extremely Poor Service and a Terrible Lift The location of BPR Apartment Budapest is excellent in terms of connectivity. There are plenty of tram options nearby, making it very easy to travel across the city. Most major tourist attractions can be reached within minutes, often in less than 10 minutes. The room itself was clean, which was a positive aspect of the stay. However, the experience was extremely disappointing in several other respects. The lift is shockingly small and very old. It is difficult for even one person to stand comfortably inside, making it extremely inconvenient to carry luggage. If you are travelling with suitcases, I would strongly advise you to avoid this apartment. The property owner’s communication and customer service were equally disappointing. Before check-in, I requested the property access instructions nearly 20 times and specifically asked for the details to be sent by email because the guest portal was not working. Despite my repeated requests, the owner failed to provide the necessary information in advance. As a result, I was left waiting on the street with my luggage for approximately two hours. Even after repeated attempts to contact the owner, I could not expect a timely response. Waiting up to 12 hours for a response is unacceptable when a guest needs urgent assistance with check-in. Although the room was clean and the location was excellent, these positives cannot compensate for such poor communication, an impractical lift, and an extremely frustrating check-in experience. My rating: 3/10. Overall: Poor service and a disappointing experience. The location is the only major advantage. If you have luggage or expect reliable communication and assistance from the property owner, I would not recommend this apartment.

  Сподобалось розташування . Метро та трамваї недалеко від квартири . За 6 ночей сплатила 325 євро . Ноче це нормальне співвідношення ціни. Але були нюанси .

  Погано уходила вода у душовій кабіні , була ржава сушила для білизни ( білі речі не повісиш) , забрудна шторка у ванній ( я не думаю що вона забруднила б за 6 ночей мого перебування там ), праску можна було б вже давно замінити на праску з водою та парою .

  Elromlott a kulcsszéf, de ideadták a kulcsot így is, és másnap hamqr javították is.

  A kommunikáció! Nem szóltak róla, hogy később lesz kész a takarítás, és arról sem, hogy felújítási munkálatok lesznek az épületben. Tudom, hogy erről nem tehetnek, de a lift sajnos nagyon pici és instabil, a lépcsőházban pedig borzasztó meleg volt, úgyhogy érdemes csak kevésszer kimenni a szállásról.
