  Extremely disappointing. A beautiful apartment, but filthy.

  Central location

  The apartment was absolutely filthy. There is no way it was cleaned before we arrived, even though a cleaning fee was charged. The bed linens were dirty and covered in hair. There were scraps of popped balloons and paper under and around the bed; it was dusty, and the floor was dirty. We arrived at the apartment after midnight—exhausted after flight—and couldn't deal with the issue right then. We notified the host the next day and asked for cleaning but he refused, claiming we hadn't told him immediately, and he didn't bother doing anything about it for four days. The check-in instructions were incorrect, and the code was wrong (the code provided included a # symbol, yet there was no such key on the entrance keypad). Nothing we tried worked. Fortunately, someone opened the door, allowing us to get in after some time. No toilet paper was provided, nor were there enough towels for four people for four days. It’s a shame; the apartment is beautiful, but the filth made it impossible to enjoy.

  A perfect apartment in an ideal location for exploring beautiful Budapest!

  Fab apartment for two of us. Great location for walking to all the attractions and close to the airport bus drop/ pick up. Really clean, light and airy. The two of us (females) felt safe and comfortable.

  Slight road noise in the front bedroom. Not that we needed it but very strange there was no cutlery, not even a spoon to stir a cup of tea. And it was lovely to have the welcome bottle of wine, but there was no cork screw to open it!

  In general a great property, but needs some attention.

  Apartment is fresh and new, great location near most attractions.

  1. Staircase is closed with a cage and there is no key. If the elevator is not working ( it was our case on day 1), there is no way to get into apartment. 2. Apartment needs cleaning - bathrooms, kitchen counter has stains (which can be easily cleaned), dust on top of bed and very dirty courtains. Additionally, one of the bathroom has a very bad smell (sewerage). 3. Can fit up to 4 people, but despite the fact that we booked for 3, it was made for two - no bedding and toiletries ( were provided upon request). Additionally, not enough mugs (2). 4. Communication could be improved. On day 3 we were asked to either provide pictures of utility meters or then someone of staff would come and take it. Next message was - if we do not reply within an hour, someone will come. Well, we didn’t and we think that someone did come without our consent.
