Very dirty!
We booked this hotel for 7 days. We were drawn by the location, and that really lived up to expectations—it was convenient to walk to the city center and the Vatican. Apart from that, we didn't find anything positive.
Terrible room quality and service! The furniture is old. There were food stains on the doors. The room was dirty upon check-in. After it was cleaned, the bathroom floor was even worse—covered in slime and grime. We asked for a different room but were refused. On the second day, my wife developed an allergic reaction, and we couldn't figure out why. Before checking out, we moved the bed and discovered a large patch of mold on the wall. This is unacceptable for a hotel. Sanitary inspectors need to be sent there! In addition to the mold (shown in the photo), the bathroom window and the shower enclosure are in poor condition.
