Weird check in but good overall
Location was close to everything we wanted to see.
The management has weird check in process. They want pictures of your id sent to them and wait last minute to tell you this. They sent you email stating ID would be verified which doesn’t mean they need a picture of it. We didn’t have batteries on phones and was a horrible experience knowing they won’t letting us in if we don’t send pictures . Message requesting pics was sent while we were commuting to the property - not possible to see map and booking messages at same time. Also the fact stating check in is 3-7 pm gives false impression there is an actual reception desk.Also apartment had lack of light not like those shown on pictures. And some mold on bathroom grout. Bathroom cabin very slippery

Appartement très bien situé dans un quartier sympa et agréable, à l'abris de l'effervescence de la nuit. Parfait pour visiter Porto à pieds.
Manque de prises pour brancher ses appareils. Assez petit, pas d'armoirs pour mettre les affaires donc une fois que les valises sont dans le salon difficile de circuler. Quelques ustensiles de cuisine sont manquants (verres, torchons, couteau qui coupe...) et pas les rudiments dans la cuisine comme le sel ou le poivre.
