    The sight Stayed before at much nicer lodge

    Bedding was old and dated .hot tub didnt work properly. No curtain at patio door. Sofa was impractical and uncomfortable. Unable to turn bath taps on because of screen Dirty frying pan . The place needed an update . Could not turn tv off.

    Location and peaceful enough park plus having the hotub but that's all.

    Overall presentation of the lodge from basic cleaning and outside areas tired, neglected not looked after and upkept in reflection to price paid. Seating area not inviting as overgrown with weeds and unused tired furniture. Cushions for outdoor seating dirty and wet again not looked after, privacy screen broken and unusable. No outside lights worth mentioning or working. Interior seating well beyond uncomfortable and full of loose feathers and sagging aging cushions. Same applies to main bedding and mattress. Dishwasher didn't work as well as the extractor fan for cooker hob aswell as manky beyond cleaning. Broken and dangerous brush handle for basic sweeping. Whoever cleans this lodge needs to be re taught basic cleaning skills. Overall stay for the location was excellent and enjoyable for what we set out to do but certainly would not book a second stay. Needs a bit more time spent on updating fixtures and fittings and seating and beds.
