    Location was good.Spacious apartment.

    Mouldy bathroom ceiling. Toilet flush button hard to operate. Instructions for collecting the key were vague. I was expecting to go into an office to get the key rather than a rack of boxes on a wall. Having found the box, it was not necessary to use the code as it was already set and the box was free to open by anyone. I had not been given the unit number which were to use and had to make a phone call to find that out, as well as where we could park. The sign on the door in the unit said that the location for leaving the rubbish was in the manual and that if that was insufficient we should contact them. There was no manual, and nothing to say who we should contact or even a phone number. Fortunately, another resident appeared and told us where the rubbish should go. I did not appreciate having to unload the dishwasher, even though I did not use it myself.

    only 2 rolls of toilet paper, one small tube of shampoo, no salt/pepper/oil
