    Pleasant and relaxing stay.

The host, Ruud, was very helpful, informative and friendly. The cottage was comfortable and blessedly cool in a hot week.

Internet connection was very flakey - best connectivity was sitting on the bottom of the stairs or on the loo!! Minor but very common gripe about self catering places: why are there never any sharp knives?

    Enjoyable, relaxing stay

Large rooms, availability of an electric car charger. Lots of grounds for children to play and explore, though we didn’t bring our grandchildren. The host Ruud was very friendly and had his own apple juice and eggs for sale

Poor phone signal and sketchy WiFi only available in certain parts of the cottage due to its thick walls

    A Peaceful Break

The property was remote and peaceful. It was clean and tidy.

We did have an issue with the TV on the first night but once that was sorted it was okay. We seemed to have a lot of ladybirds in the bedroom.
