Nice apartment with all the facilities needed for a longer stay. Very sweet lady living downstairs.
There is construction right outside the window. Be prepared to be woken up early by the noise since the house is not well isolated (older building). The mattress and pillows are pretty hard. There is a lot of wooden older furniture, which gives the place a certain smell. Note that in lots of older houses in Madeira (like this one) you cannot throw toilet paper directly into the toilet.

If this place is available…book it!!!
Although everyone recommended we stay in Funchal, Ponta do Sol was a perfect fit for us. We found it very central for exploring and loved the neighbourhood. The view from the terrace was lovely. The ppty had every amenity we could ask for. It was EXCEPTIONALLY clean. Off street parking was very much appreciated. Washer & dryer were amazing for carry-on only travellers like ourselves. Maria, our neighbour, introduced us to homemade passion fruit pudding and couldn’t have been lovelier. The ppty management team kept in contact to make sure things were going smoothly with our stay - both in regards to the property and the sights of Madeira. There are a couple cafés in walking distance which were very nice and one of the best hikes was minutes up the street. This was our favourite accommodation of our 3 week trip and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Bardzo dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie. Spełniło wszystkie nasze oczekiwania, wygodne łóżka, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Z balkonu codzienny widok na ocean. Polecam!
Pierwszej nocy było trochę chłodno, może ze względu na aktualną są pogodę, jednak dzięki trzem klimatyzatorom udało się szybko nagrzać do właściwej temperatury.
