I did not stay because no room was provided and was stranded.

I made the booking for 11th-13th September, via booking.com and I did not receive check in instructions. I had to get an alternative place to stay. I was debited and no room provided. I was at the address where I last stayed and no one to ask, no reception too. The phone numbers are not connecting and emails not responding, booking.com wasn’t helpful on this issue. I expect a full refund, my email and contact number are on the booking. I expect a feedback on how I will get my full refund

Booking.com, please do the needful and process my full refund. Do not make me go back and forth on this issue. Your rep I chatted with yesterday ignored all my texts and didn’t offer to help

Great place and value for money.

The property was very easy to find and in a great location for us. Being able to get the bus into the city center within a 5 minute walk was very nice. The property was very clean and spacious. Would highly recommend it.

There is no window covering in the lounge. People regularly walking by and looking in so felt like no, we had no privacy. I did report this 2 weeks ago( previous booking) and told it would be resolved, extremely disappointing that it hadn't been done. Even though flat is well presented and clean, this lack of privacy is a put off and would prevent me from booking again.
