    Perfect place for a family and very good centric spot

    The property is very centric but ay the same time quiet. The apartment was clean and comfy.

    It’s I. The 4th floor without elevator and if you are and old person or with some kind of disability it can be a bit difficult.

    Almost everything. Building is quiet. Neighborhood is safe. Apartment is well maintained. Close to metro and bus stop just around the corner. We picked this apartment based on the great reviews and we were NOT disappointed. How good was it? We stayed almost a month and it was comfortable the entire time.

    An overall excellent property, it exceeded my expectations! Very nice, comfortable and spacious apartment. It was really clean and provided everything that we needed during our stay. We were just 2 people but it would have been super comfortable even if we had 4 people. Location is great, very close to the metro station in a quiet pleasant neighbourhood. Walking to NDK and the center is also possible and would be quite enjoyable on a day with good weather.
