Abgewohnt, mangelhaft und anders als auf den Fotos
Die Unterkunft wurde als „brandneu“ angeboten, machte vor Ort aber einen deutlich abgewohnten und ungepflegten Eindruck. Auch die Fotos im Inserat vermittelten teilweise ein anderes Bild: Einige Räume unterschieden sich in Einrichtung und Erscheinungsbild deutlich von den Bildern, anhand derer wir gebucht hatten. Dazu kamen mehrere konkrete Mängel: ein verstopftes Waschbecken, eine ständig laufende Toilettenspülung, defekte Armaturen, ein beschädigtes Fenster sowie ein muffiger Geruch und ein nicht sauber wirkendes Bad. Besonders kritisch fanden wir, dass offenbar Rauchmelder fehlten bzw. abmontiert waren. Als wir den Gastgeber wegen eines Problems kontaktierten, erhielten wir keine Antwort. Bei einer Unterkunft, die man für viel Geld bucht, erwarten wir, dass gemeldete Probleme ernst genommen werden und jemand erreichbar ist. Nach nur einer Nacht haben wir die Unterkunft verlassen und eine Alternative gesucht. Das war nicht der Aufenthalt, den das Inserat erwarten ließ – und angesichts der Mängel auch keiner, den wir fortsetzen wollten. Wir würden hier nicht noch einmal übernachten.

Kiábrándító.
A lakás nem úgy néz ki, mint a fotókon. A fürdőszobára egy teljes felújítás ráférne. A külső nyílászárók katasztrófális állapotban vannak.

Smelly apartment, with no electric
Location was good
Electricity was out when we got there, the host did speak to me & we did get it sorted. But when we came back at night we had no electric again. We couldn't use any of the facilities because we had no electricity, I personally think there maybe something wrong with it all. The apartment smelt of damp, and the man who is on the front gate told us that the apartment hosts aren't even allowed to hired it out. Definitely would not stop here again. Booking.com should check these properties regularly its not like its cheap. Also we paid for 7 people, one of us knew we needed to sleep on the sofabed, we didnt have any linen for this. Terrible, looks nothing like the photos on booking.com

Waar het lag. Heel dicht bij metrostation
Veel te weing handdoeken en badkamer erg klein en erg gehorig met druk weg.
