    Location

    We were very disappointed with the check-in and check-out times. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, while check-out is at 11:00 AM. When we asked if it would be possible to arrive earlier, we were told that the apartment needed to be cleaned and that we could arrive only 30 minutes earlier. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the apartment was also a major disappointment. The apartment clearly needed a proper cleaning. There were crumbs on the floor, it looked like the floors had not been properly cleaned, and there was hair on the sofa. Considering the price we paid, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness. The apartment also needs some cosmetic maintenance and general improvements. The amount of money we paid was not small, and unfortunately, we did not receive the quality and comfort we expected for that price. The parking situation was also quite inconvenient. When checking out, you have to move the car, then go back upstairs to return the remote control, which is unnecessarily complicated. Overall, we were quite disappointed with our stay. The apartment has potential, but it definitely needs better cleaning, some maintenance, and improvements to provide the standard guests would expect for the price.

    Was ok

    Good location, nice apartment, parking. Overall good stay as for 1 night only.

    So many rules and explanations that is very tiring... For the host to request so much from a guest - property should be spotless. Unfortunately the bed sheet was stained (washed, but had stains on it, yellow....) towels fresh, dried, but had some blond hairs in it... same in bed. Overall apartment was very sterile, clean. Afraid to move things around, as so much is forbidden or there is rules about everything.... I had to read 3-4 times to make sure I leave apartment in correct state. Asked for 1h later checkout, didnt get it. Air conditioning making loud sounds all the time, doesn't matter on or off. Everywhere reminders of fines and penalties if you do something wrong. Also, its abit overpriced for what you get.
