    ottima posizione, piacevole, qualche cosa da migliorare, ottima disponibilità del proprietario.

    posizione ottima- appartamento comodo e ben tenuto

    secondo letto (divano) da rivedere scricchiolante nei movimenti, da incrementare l'arredamento del bagno con basi da appoggio e appendini

    La posizione ben servita, negozi, mc donals, servizi di trasporto pubblico tipo tram ; ma soprattutto (per mio interesse) la metropolitana a 50 metri piú o meno, vai dappertutto piú veloce e piú economica.

    צ'ק אין פשוט, מיקום מעולה לשומרי כשרות. מיטה גדולה ונוחה, מקלחת מרווחת, תקשורת טובה עם המארחים, שירותי נטפליקס, יש מכונת כביסה ומייבש ואפילו תירגמו את ההוראות לעברית(מביאים קפסולות למכונה),

    כניסה קצת לא סימפטית, המים במקלחת יוצאים מהמקלחון. בכללי דירה סבירה במחיר סביר יחסית
