Had to wait for 45min for checking in Owner was not aware of our booking. Called him over 4 times. Got a hold of him on the 5th call. He had to check the booking and payment 1st - even I stipulated that I will be checking in between 2pm - 3pm. Had to pay a refundable deposit of R500 in cash which we were unaware off. Had to find an atm to draw out the cash But this was refunded on checkout.

Be more hands-on - know when ur guests are arriving dnt make them wait. You have an intercom/ bell system that doesn't work - get it working. Property is clean and neat, though.
