If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. In order to complete the check-in process, guests are required to provide a photo ID and a selfie with identification at least 24 hours prior to arrival. For all reservations, a credit card copy is required if your reservation has any additional fees such as a pet fee, a late arrival fee, a reservation extension or a damage deposit. All long-term reservations over 25 days will need to complete the long-term lease, renter profile, rental agreement, credit authorization form and background check.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
