    Great location, but completely ruined by misleading listing details and severe hygiene issues.

    The location of the property was very convenient, and the coffee from the espresso machine was good (after I washed the cups myself)

    The property description was highly misleading, and the overall cleanliness fell far below basic sanitary standards. The apartment was advertised as having a balcony, but the doors actually open directly into a closed,internal glass shaft with virtually no natural light or access to fresh air. Additionally, there was severe black mold in the shower cabin alongside heavily rusted fixtures, while the kitchenware and drying rack were also dirty and rusted, making both the bathroom and kitchenette unusable

    ‘’Brand new’’

    Good location, near Ortigia, easy to find parking

    The loft doesn’t have an outside window, it almost feels like in a garage. It was dark, cold and humid.

    Gute Lage, aber leider nicht sauber genug für den Preis

    Die Lage war zu Fuß sehr praktisch. Positiv war auch, dass der Host angeboten hat, die Bettlaken nach unserer Beschwerde auszutauschen.

    Leider war die Unterkunft nicht besonders sauber. Die Bettlaken hatten gelb-braune Flecken, die Toilette war nicht sauber und im Badezimmer war sehr viel Kalk. Es wurde außerdem nicht richtig erklärt, wie man das Wasser warm bekommt. Wenn es dann warm war, war der Wasserdruck sehr schwach. Die Parksituation war ebenfalls schwierig. Man musste teilweise 20–30 Minuten entfernt parken, da es in der Nähe kaum Möglichkeiten gab. Wir hatten sogar gefragt, ob wir das Motorrad im Innenhof abstellen dürfen, was leider nicht erlaubt wurde. Eine bessere Erklärung zur Parksituation und zum warmen Wasser hätte hier sehr geholfen. Für den Preis war das insgesamt leider enttäuschend.
