The apartment itself can be a lovely stay, location is good. Several issues need improvement.
The apartment itself was nice, and the building was in a great location. Staff members Saulé, Gabija, and Julija were helpful and responsive throughout our stay.
We were locked out for half a day (10 PM–next day) due to a broken gate code, with no backup access provided and difficulty reaching support after 11 PM; residents ended up letting us in. The bed had stains on the pillows and cover. For a 4-night stay for 3 people, we were given only 3 toilet paper rolls and 2 towels per person with no extras, which became a real problem once the shower started leaking onto the bathroom floor — we later found this was caused by a clogged, uncleaned drain. When we asked for more towels and toilet paper, we were told none were available.
