    Person from agency was responsive at late times to ensure we did not have problems checking-in and told us we could leave the bags in the office the following day while we visited around. Property was clean and very well-located.

    A little pricey for a night.

    Really poor which was disappointed

    Location and it was clean

    The lifts were a risk to life having open wires having to be touched to make it work as the button was missing and I am a disabled person the corridors were filthy and poorly maintained the air con didn’t work at all even though we walked to the office to let them know and they said it had been looked at and working it was 39 degrees and we could open windows or breathe no one has come back to us with an apology or maybe propose a re visit at their cost as we go there many time a year using both bravissimo and flateli

    L'emplacement est parfait pour découvrir la ville à pied Le service Bravissimo est réactif et le personnel est top. L'agence n'est pas très loin du logement et on peut y déposer ses affaires le jour du départ donc hyper pratique pour continuer de profiter de la ville sans ses affaires.

    L'appartement est sombre mais comme j'étais dehors toute la journée, ce n'était pas un problème. Il manque le minimum pour la cuisine : huile, sel, poivre. Il y a une machine à café, mais cela serait bien d'avoir deux trois capsules.
