    Lovely B&B near the sea, great hosts, great breakfast & lovely rooms

    Great location, not far from the station. Very friendly & accommodating owners. Very clean. Great breakfast selection including fresh fruit, yoghurts, cereal, muesli & cooked to order. The smoked salmon & scrambled eggs is delicious. Delicious fresh coffee. I had a single room & stayed 2 nights. Good size room with comfortable bed ( could have been a bit firmer but I had a good nights sleep nonetheless) . Ample space for clothes & en-suite toilet with handbag in. My room had its own shower room outside of the bedroom on the landing. Very clean & good water pressure. My cousin had a double room which was beautiful & fully en-suite. We arrived earlier than stated check in time however, the host was so good & let us book in earlier which was great. We would definitely stay here again when next in Eastbourne
