    Badly marketed property hence would not book again

    Kids activities were lovely. Heated pool during winter is fantastic. The reef restaurant food was good and all staff very accommodating and welcoming.

    The bathroom is in desperate need of a re-vamp. It is old and grotty. The tub badly chipped, stained and also had cockroaches. The toilet seat was chipped and peeling. The wash hand basin was untidy and didn’t have a plug hole. The small bedroom was damp and mouldy including the air vents.

    Communication from the UH team was great and proactive. The apartment was comfortable, and was really convenient to get
