    Very good layout . Kitchen well equipped. Bathroom very spacious. Decor great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Easy walk into main Centre .

    Central location with lovely harbour views.

    The motel is right in the heart of Paihia and an easy walk to the marina and town centre. We had an upstairs room facing the beach and the views across the water towards Russell were really lovely. The rooms are a good size and very clean and comfortable. Everything you need for a short stay

    A major road runs right past the motel, carrying lots of buses and trucks. The glass doors do a reasonable job of deadening the sound, but they are unable to keep out all the road noise at night.

    End of Baybof Islans do nice and quiet. Good gor a 1 night stay. Reception staff very helpful with information.

    Would have liked room with a view.
