    premium price for a poorly maintained and managed unit

    Princeville has always been a desirable location. It seems to have rebounded from hurricane damage. But cell coverage has always been spotty and in this unit it was inoperable. Very slow data

    The wifi wasn't working and this made it difficult to plan my vacation (where can I go for breakfast tommorrow?) because cellular service is slow and spotty in princeville. The hosting company, Princeville Vacation Rentals had the nerve to ask me to fix the issue myself by staying home the following day and work with the cable company to trouble shoot the issue. After failing to act on my maintenance request, I called them back afterhours and was forwarded to a off shore help line where they continued to waste my time and refused to fix the issue. "Please turn it off and then turn it back on again" The longer I stayed, the more I saw the lack of care and maintenance in the unit. Broken windows, oven didn't work, moldy refrigerator seal. Yuck!

    We were glad to stay at this unit. It made us satisfied. Mahalo&Aloha Nobu

    It was hard to get food and drink therefore we always prepared our meals. However we could have them with the nice view!

    When wind blew strong, the bathroom door was slammed hard and not open until contact to the management office.
