  Hôte très peu présent et attentionné - Trop cher pour les prestations

  L'appartement est très bien situé, grand et avec une belle terrasse correspondant aux photos.

  Le check in et check out ont été très compliqués. Un mois avant notre arrivée, nous avons demandé si nous pouvions arriver plus tôt, ce à quoi on nous a répondu favorablement. La veille de notre arrivée nous avons été contacté et avons redemandé en réponse d'arriver plus tôt, sans retour. Le jour même nous avons relancé et on nous a répondu que ça n'était pas possible. 10mn après avoir posé nos bagages dans un locker à nos frais, l'agence nous a recontacté pour nous indiquer que nous n'avions pas le choix de faire soit le check in dans les 10mn ou à 14h alors que le check in est indiqué de 15h à 20h. Pour le check out nous avons demandé la veille de nous confirmer le check out et si nous pouvions rester plus tard. Nous avons reçu une réponse négative le jour même à l'heure du check out. Il n'y a pas de café à l'arrivée. Uniquement du thé. Il y avait beaucoup de poussière sur le côté du lit. Des photos ont été envoyées. L'évacuation des toilettes ne fonctionne pas très bien. A ce prix là, nous nous attendions à un meilleur accueil et à de meilleures prestations.

  Superb

  The view! The apartment is spacey with a small but adequate kitchen. The roof is very low above the bed, so I used the sofa which can be converted into a bed. The location: close to Canal Grande, in a lively, but not a noisy neighborhood.

  Maybe clean the terrace a bit, because the seagulls leave things behind...

  Great location, great communication but the property needs updating.

  The location was excellent, Santa Margherita Square is a lovely vibrant square but not too busy. We arrived by train, the walk was short and the apartment was easy to find (using Apple Maps). We kept Andrea informed of our arrival time and he met us in the square on time and took us to the apartment. The view from the rooftop terrace was 360 degrees across the rooftops of Venice.

  The roof top terrace needs repairing in places and could do with a lot of TLC. The outside furniture is very old and needs replacing. Although the views are good it wasn’t an area we would want to spend much time in. The shower was so low under the roof it was almost impossible to use and we’re not that tall. The kitchen needs updating. The whole place needs a good clean.
